one other point to add to this is... by not saying WHO this breeder
IS...it throws suspicion on any other legitimate breeders in the area...
 
many people may not know WHO the bad breeder is...but MAY know of a
breeder in that area and assume it is them because they are the ONLY
one they know of in that area...
 
so it not only exposes the bad breeder...but protects the GOOD breeders
in the area...
 
just a thought/concern...
