Cathy was wondering about ways to help ferrets. Another way is to work
toward improving ferret medical care is by giving to the Morris Animal
Foundation (a tax deductable charity) which funds advances in veterinary
care. It's an established foundation, with this being it's 50th (!!!!!!)
year and it has an established fund to support its administrative costs so
your money doesn't get piddled away into that. It's tax deductable.
Anything $25 or over you can specify to go to a specific use (such as
the ferret fund); smaller donations can go to the General Fund. For
contributions you can call: 1-800-243-2345, or write to them at 45
Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112-5480. For information you can
call 1-303-790-2345.

When Karla talked about her ferrets I just couldn't stop imagining a huge
cage with a permanently ATTACHED chest of drawers on the side for sale at a
show!
