It's not often that I need this kind of help and this is ferret related.  A
couple of months ago, an eigth grader,(I think) called me and asked me to
come to her school and do a presentation on ferrets.  She got it cleared
with her teachers she said.  I said no problem, just call me the week
before and remind me ok?
 
Well, a couple of days ago, a young girl named Shannon left me a message
that said don't forget to come to her school on Friday.  I think she might
of heard of me from the fml.  I have searched every message board, book and
e-mail back 3 months and am really stressing over this.  Shannon honey, the
Ferretguy is really feeling dumb for not finding out where your school is
and all that and I want you to know that I will be at the shelter waiting
for a phone call that tells me where I'm supposed to be.  I will have my
favorite ferrets all ready to go and come to your class, although I'm
thinking I might be a little late.  If we don't connect tommorrow, please
know that I am truly sorry for not paying attention like I should and I
promise not to do this again to anyone.  Could you ever please forgive me.
I know you told everyone in school that the Ferretguy was going to be there
and I let you down.  Oh please, if anyone knows this little girl, please
contact her and tell her the Ferretguy is waiting to find out where he is
supposed to be.
