The "H" would stand for Hagen.  Bandit and Taz was from Hagen.  I know
that they stand behind the certificate because Taz was a very well
little girl, she was pear shape fromt the begining and they offered to
give me another one.  I don't know excatly where they are located at, I
live in BC.
