>>> Does anyone have any experience in trying to fly on commercial
airlines with a ferret as a "Pet in cabin"??
We did this successfully for a number of years, but for the last
few years the number of airlines willing to accept ferrets in the
passenger cabin has dwindled, I believe now to zero. They happily
allow dogs, cats and birds, but an earlier wording which included
"small animals" seems to have been deleted. I don't think travelling
in the pressurized hold, with dogs and cats for company, would be
good for a ferret's composure. Any ideas or information to share?
  Thanks.
