Recently, a friend told me that her ferret, Jimmy, was diagnosed with
Adrenal and enlarged spleen.  She told me how the vet gave Jimmy a shot
of melatonin and that surgery was not scheduled as of yet.  I was very
intrigued as i has only just started to hear about this.  My ferret Ricky
had adrenal in late 2003 and i was never even made aware of this.  What
info is out there on this ?  Is this experimental ?  Has it worked for
anyone ?
