Thanks to everyone who gave me tips for finding the second edition of
Biology and Diseases of the Ferret by James Fox.
 
I ordered a copy from Ferretware (1-800-FERRETW); they have plenty in stock
and recently started offering discounts for shelters.  So I made up the
difference by ordering some other stuff too!
