Several months ago the ferrets at the Petco on rt. 46 in Totowa, NJ, had
bright neon green feces and a sign on their cage saying that the ferrets
were not currently for sale.
 
Lots of things can cause green poop (stress, flu, etc.) but I wasn't taking
any chances -- I took a shower immediately when I got home and put my
clothes in a garbage bag to be washed.
 
I mentioned the incident in a letter to Petco but have yet to receive a
response.
