Taurine is a naturally occuring amino acid in MEAT products.  If you are
purchasing a food where it is listed in the ingredient list - your food is
either over-processed, or relies heavily on vegetable proteins (usually
listed as gluten meal - corn, soybean etc.)
 
SO!  If it isn't listed on the ingredient list, i.e. IAMS, check to see
if the primary ingredients are meat (muscle, or by-product meal).
