Greetings all! In the short time since I posted my first subscription
request (after Weasie came to her new home) I went and took the 2nd
plunge and now Weasie has a new "sister", Farrah. I'm still a newbie
at this but I believe they're getting along fine. They cuddle and
snuggle when they're sleeping and wrestle when they're awake. At first
I was a little concerned because Weasie tends to be a little rough and
really clamps on Farrah's ears at times. Farrah does fight back and
will soon be holding her own it looks like. When they have the run of
of the house they'll usually wrestle for a few minutes before heading
out for any mischief they can find. As most of you folks have known
for years, there's never a dull moment when these furry torpedoes are
on the loose.

A little background info, both are female kits. Weasie is probably
about 10 to 12 weeks old while Farrah is 8 to 10 weeks old. Which
leads into ...

My questions for today are:

 1. How often should they be eating wet food? We feed them Iams kitten
food (dry) everyday and Iams canned food every other day (usually).
The reason for this is they don't really eat a lot of the wet food
and we end up throwing a lot of it away.

 2. How often should they get Linatone? I gave Weasie some the other
day and she lapped it up while Farrah couldn't be bothered. I added
some to their dry food in hopes of getting some into Farrah since
she seems to favor the dry chow. What exactly is the best dosage
for them? The instructions on the back make no mention of
    ferrets specifically.

 3. Anyone have any luck racking up frequent flyer points for your
carpet sharks? 8-) Seriously, we're planning on visiting family
Lain Las Vegas for a couple weeks this summer and were pondering the
possibility of taking them with us. We have a nylon pet "bag" that
looks like a carry-on type bag. I don't want to chance "sneaking"
them on either. Anyone know of/dealt with a ferret-friendly Air-
line? Flying them cargo is right out. If we can't take them on
with us then we'll just have to find a ferret-sitte for the two
    weeks.

Thanx in advance!

Mark

P.s. Chris, my editor is acting flakey. If this article is chopped up
just delete it and I'll try to re-submit it in a day or two. Thanx.
