     Please feel free to distribute that article (recently posted article
     of islet cell tumors) as widely as you see fit.  That's what it's
     there for.
 
 
     To: Susan A.H. Benysch
 
        No, ferrets cannot be declawed like cats can.  The structure of the
     nail is the same as in dogs and most other carnivores.  She will
     cripple the poor animal.
 
        She will have to go through the same process of clipping nails as
     the rest of us.  Tell her about the linatone trick.
