This is in response to what Lorraine said about a Canadian company switching
from using cedar chips in their starter kits to another type of chip-- I
assume this is Hagen? I just wanted to say congrats, and what wonderful
news! I wrote them back when I got Amelia in 1994 and found the chips in
the starter kit and got a rather patronizing response. It's good to know
that the company could recognize that customers wanted what was best for
their ferrets, not just what was easiest, and changed accordingly. So
there's hope with MF-- it's too much to expect immediate change, but polite
persistance can pay off, as in this case!

happy Canada Day, Fete du St. Jean-du-baptiste (excuse my spelling, svp!),
and happy fourth!
