I guess we are a very diversified group on this list and that is good.  I
did breed fancy mice.  I do breed fancy rats, chins and also ferrets.  I
personally have debated the question of feeding my ferrets mice.  Because
I am also farm raised I realize every animal has a right to food.  Some of
the food is another animal.  This is the way nature works.  I personally
have rejected the idea of feeding mice or any raw meat to my ferrets.
However, I won't condemn someone else for making a different decision.
Please people try to save your flames and wrath for those who are
deliberately injuring animals and people.  Don't most of you eat beef?
