Hi Madeline, when you are cleaning the litter tray do you use
disinfectant, it may be too strong or irritating them so they wont
use the litter trays. I would suggest leaving a small amount of poop
in the tray, rinse out only with hot water or not completely cleaning
it so they recognise the toilet area, if using disnfectant use that
were they have toileted where you don't want them too, it might help
