The protein and fat percentages tell only a small portion of the true
story.  The source of the proteins and fats is extremely important.
Ferrets are carnivores, they need meat-based proteins to thrive, and many
cat foods are weighted way too far toward protein from plant sources.  To
get meaningful comments you should post a complete listing of ingredients
exactly as listed on the label, and in the same order.
 
If you haven't followed the discussions about the best ways to switch a
ferret to another food, you might mention that when you post the ingredient
list just in case that info is needed.
