It is with a painfully heavy heart that I must announce that Sprinkles
died sometime last night between the hours of 11pm (4/13) and 8am (4/14).
I suspect she died quietly in her sleep as I found her curled up in a
sleeping position at the bottom of the cage.  She was found this morning,
and I'm comforted to know that she did not die alone; Bubo was next to
her making sure she was sent on her way properly.  Sprinkles will be
buried in the back yard of my mother's house along with Rascal, Snippet
and Bad Boy.
 
I am happy for the time I had with her, pleased that she was able
to experience one fine Spring day before she passed, and comforted
to know that she did not die alone.
