Skeeter I know you will probably be hearing from Stevie's shelter mom about
him soon if not already.  He left to join you & the gang this morning.  I
just want you to tell him that even though I never got to meet him I was
ready to give him a home, where he would have had all the love he could
have handled.  I had just leaned about him & that he was looking for a nice
place to live.  I guess you know he was blind, he must have already told
you how wonderful it is to actually see all the goodies you have there.
Skeeter I don't know how you little sneaks can manage to get into someone's
heart that has never ever seen you, & wiggle in so deep, so quickly.  I cry
when I read of every fuzzy baby that leaves here & although he wasn't
actually mine yet, had he lived he would have come home with me today.
These tears are for one that was almost mine.
