As a result of the hearing on October 15th, the following two things are
about to occur:
 
Wednesday, October 21, 1998 in Superior Court, Dedham, there will be a
hearing at the Grand Jury to see if the lower court can be bypassed and
James Melton will go directly to Superior Court.
 
If this does not occur, there is a Probable Cause Hearing set for November
9th at 9:00AM in Brookline District Court.  What this means is that there
will be a hearing to see if the evidence is enough to go to trial in
District Court.
 
We are hoping that there will be enough sufficient evidence to go right to
Superior Court.
 
We will let everyone know the outcome of today's hearing along with our
recommendations for the course of action once we hear.
