Someone mentioned using aloe vera for their ferrets, what I have been told
by a doctor is that aloe vera loses its healing properties when it is
processed for the product it is being made for.  The only time it is truly
effective is when it is snipped right off the plant.  Though I dont know
how you would get a ferret to eat that.!
