A couple of weeks ago someone asked about meat grinders. A recent review
in Whole Dog Journal lists the Northern Tool & Equipment Co. 70 pound
electric grinder as the best . It handles bones like turkey necks,
chicken backs, wings, sometimes jammed on ox tail, larger turkey wing
bones, beef ribs. According to the article, very few are up to handling
anything harder or larger than cut up chicken necks, most will not grind
anything other than meat, no bone. One grinder (Maverick 5# grinder)
states it grinds fresh bear, deer, meats etc. Known to be good for
grinding pet food. The guarantee states If you return the unit it must
be unused. hmmmmmm

JFYI
