My biggest 'thank you BIG' story just happened back in May, although
everytime I post I know how lucky we are to have BIG!

I was worried about my little Dweezil and some new meds, and it was late
Friday night/Saturday morning. I knew I'd never hear from her vet until
Monday, and needed some advice to give me direction and ease my worry. I
figured, since it was so very late at night, that I would surely miss the
deadline to post to the FML that night and resigned myself to a worried
day waiting until the next night's posting. I went ahead and sent my
post. Imagine my surprise, when not 10 minutes later, the FML came out,
and my desperate plea for help was in it! I was so shocked! I emailed
BIG with a huge thank you, and within a few minutes rec'd a very nice
post from him (this was at 5am EST, no less!), along with some advice
on Dweezil's situation.

It's amazing that one person would be able to do all this (or want to!)
editing, pasting, organizing, putting up with poster's flame wars, 365
days a year, for FREE. It takes a truly special person, and I can't
thank BIG enough for all he's done. I don't know how anyone can. We all
just *know* we're going to see an FML in our inbox each day; almost take
it for granted. Never do that. Give thanks (and a written one with each
post you send!) that someone cares so much about us and our precious
ferrets.

A *BIG* BIG THANK YOU! :)
