Well, I went and did it! I went to town today to buy a new pair of shoes
and ended up with a new ferret instead. I made the mistake of going into
the pet shop where I had gotten my Katie ( who I lost to cancer on 3-14-98)
and there in and aquarium filled with pine shavings were 4 kits. Two boys
and two girls, one of the girls was an albino, the other was a very dark
sable with a big white bib and white nose. This little sable is the tinyest
ferret I've ever seen. I just couldn't resist!! So now I'm back up to two!
Worf now has a sister.... Phebe!

By the way, I put her on the stores scale that they use to weigh out bulk
fish food and stuff and Phebe weighs in at a whopping .42 lbs. Yep.....
less than 1/2 pound. She eats like a little pig though, and is very active.
She spent the first 1/2 hour at home wandering all over my room. Worf likes
her too, he picked her up by the scruff and tried to carry her off under the
dresser!! She then went into her temporary private cage for a meal and is
now napping peacefully.

Worf (aka: The Velociweasel!) and little Phebe ( the .42 lb mighty-mite)
Still missing our sweet Katie.
