For your information a number of printers can accept the clear glass
stickers (like you get put on your windshield) and you can print out your
own pet information (in detail.) (Somebody in canada said the free ones
from the US weren't available to them.  Also a temporary sheet of paper
from a printer could make a temporary notice for firefighters while other
arrangements are made.
