Dear  Mauka & Makai,
 
Until now, Utah FLO activities have been primarily "underground" operations.
Lts.  Bandit and Phantom request that you identify your location.  IH in
Utah County seems easy target so far, but more ideas for increasing
stockpile of necessary supplies are needed.  Also, new plans need to be
drawn up for infiltrating IH's FFZ called "the living room." Long live the
FLO!  Glad to here other Utah agents are about.
