The general advice here, UK, is that it should be safe to put them
together after two weeks so far as pregnancy is concerned but his
hormones will still be there and he will want to mate with her, as
mating is quite rough in the ferret world I would save her the hassle
and keep them apart for to 6 weeks until his hormones have settled.
