Preliminary cause of the fire appears to have been Arson. Acelerants were found
on the premises of the Martial Arts school that neighbors the shelter. It's iffy
as to whether the shelter will be allowed to re-open at this location in light
of this revelation. Suspect either arson for insurance ( school was losing
 money)
or vengeance (whoever set the fire had a key to school). Foster homes have been
arranged for the ferrets and mink (yes, we had a mink surrendered to us). Power,
gas and heat are still off and not likely to be restored at any time soon. Any
