Hello everyone,
I read Nadine's response late lastnight , and just can't not respond.  Her
entire letter is just basically lies.  So many that I don't know where to
begin.
 
The very first thing that I need to point out is the fact that Nadine goes
on and on about how i'm being so nasty and harassing her.  That doesn't
even make since to me.  She paints the picture of me being a person who has
nothing better to do than sit around and cause trouble for absolutly no
reason apparent to her.  I sent her $340.00 in good faith, that she would
deliver what was agreed upon.  She basically stiffed me and then acted as
though she was just completely unaware .  Also, I didn't call her DAYS
after I received my fuzzie, i called her THE VERY NEXT MORNING.  Spoke to
her briefly, then I had a business call that I was waiting for and had to
take, called her back just TEN MINUTES later and basically tried to reach
her for DAYS.  The only response that I received from her after sending
her several e-mails, was finally threatening to post her on the FML.  That
seemed to get her attention.  As far as why I didn't return the ferret, if
it wasn't what I had wanted to begin w/.  All I can say to that is that
it's not a T.V.  or VCR, I don't care how that sounds to anyone, if you're
an animal lover than you'll understand that all they want is love no matter
what sex they are.  It sure wasn't the ferret's fault, why should she have
to suffer for Nadines dishonesty and unprofessionalism.
 
As far as DISCUSSING restitution, that has just NEVER accured.  I haven't
really spoken w/Nadine since i threatened posting her on the FML.  I did
recieve a coulpe of letters from her right after I did that , saying how
i'm not a nice person and how she made a mistake sending me her fuzzie in
the first place, 'cause plenty of people would love it no matter what sex
it is, and she continued to go ON AND ON about what a nice person she is
and all of the wonderful things that she does in the name of ferrets.  She
says that I ask for $50.00 more than what I paid for the ferret, HA HA
HA!!!!!!!!!!!!  I was thinking of only asking for half of the ferrets worth
since I have absolutly no intention of returning Noodles, but since she's
uped the price ,than sure, by all means, send me all my money back and
then some.
 
I did send her the vets verification in the mail , to the same address that
I had originally sent the money order to.  I even e-mailed her to let her
know that it was on it's way.  I received it in the mail a few days ago
w/a postal stamp saying" RETURN TO SENDER, UNDELIVERABLE."  I've bent
over backwards to come to an agreement w/her and have simply had NO
COOROPERATION.  There is simply no way that her vet could look at this baby
girl and call it a boy.  She is just plain lieing.  I don't know what else
I can say about it.  For all those who really want to see it, I can e-mail
you a copy of the vets verification ,I have NOTHING TO HIDE, as I first
tried to do w/Nadine.  Of course she said she never received it, hence
the standard mailing of the verification.
 
I can't make anyone believe what i'm saying.  I'm just trying to get the
word out there, that if you choose to do business w/Nadine Downs of PHEONIX
FUZZIE FERRETS, do it at your own risk , YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
 
I would like to thank Bill though, for trying to keep this from getting
ugly, but I guess that's unavoidable when you deal w/ someone like Nadine.
