Hello,

I have had a sandbox filled with rice since Feb. I have not had any
problems. I talked to a vet about it. The only thing she mentioned was
if rice got up their nose. It would be a problem. Other then that, no
problem. I was thinking. Chances that my fuzzies could have so much fun
and be happy. Or by freak accident, they got sick and passed tomorrow. I
don't know what tomorrow will bring. Today they are happy. I do have one
with rice and one with-out. The one without has ball with bells in them
and some crazy toys they can chase around.

I took the rice out one time. Just to take a break. One of males would
just lay there on his back. Not play just lay there like he was going over
memories. Once the rice was back. New memories were made. Everyone has
to make the right decision for themselves and their fuzzies.
