WOW! What a vicious attack on a shelter mom! Sandi did not explain some
of the details because she didn't feel that she needed to. She was just
giving some advice to other shelter moms. Wolverine had several medical
issues and each day for him was a gift. He was loved and it broke
Sandi's heart that he was hurt. As she said, the children had not acted
that way before. The mother is a member of this List so Sandi did not
go into all the specifics. Every time something was happening to the
ferrets, Sandi stopped it. She had worked with the children before and
didn't have any problems. She is a GREAT shelter mom, does not turn
needy ferrets away even though she is over capacity. Sandi also
demanded that the family give her their personal ferrets so that they
would be safe and she could re-home them.

I am disappointed that she was so severely, verbally attacked and that
the person doing it obviously failed to contact Sandi and ask some of
the details. Sandi is a very caring and special shelter mom. She
deserves an apology from Kim.
