I too used to get the same ranting, raving, lunatic type of calls from Lance
Brooks and his girl friend.  They rant and complain about all of the ferret
groups in the country and claim they are the only ones who know anything at
all about ferrets.  He has his phone number blocked and I merely changed my
phone so that it would not accept calls from blocked numbers.  It was as
easy as picking up the phone and dialing "*76" (don't quote me on the
number, it's in the front of my phone book).  You might check to see if that
service is available in your area as that put a stop to their calls.  Anyone
with a legitimate call to make to your number can unblock their number for
that one call to you.
 
I just won a court case against Lance Brooks and Jeannie Stein.  One of the
recorded messages Lance left on my machine, helped to win the case.  You can
thank your lucky stars that you don't live in the same city as they do.  (If
the phone company hasn't yet traced his number, I can give it to you.)
