Something happened today and my wife has asked me to try and find an answer.
I checked the FAQ and didn't see any mention so I'm hoping the list will
come through for us.

Our three year old started choking on some kitten chow. My wife was at home
but was at a loss as to what if anything she could do to help. After about
three - four seconds the obstruction came up and both the little one and my
wife were greatly relieved.

Now the question.....if anything like this happens again what if anything
can be done to help. Is there an equivalent of the Heimlich (sp?) manuever
for ferrets? What would any of the Vets out there reading this do if it
happened to one of theirs?

Hidden in CA, the land of the confused.

On the forefront in technology and the stoneage in humanities.
