the bleeding from his mouth, Dr. Schiff discovered, was being caused by
the Reglan, so we stopped giving him that and started on something else.  Also,
he had stopped absorbing anything that we gave him orally (we think because
of the blood seeping into his stomach) so the vet gave us shots that we
have to do - ugh - that is hard.
 
meanwhile, he looks better, he's a bit livlier, and we're on a four hour
feeding schedule (as opposed to two) so we're all getting more sleep.
