We were never contacted by PetCo about taking a ferret.  We won't PAY Petco
for them, but we have never not taken one when they have requested us
to.  We currently have several PetCo signovers between Fuzztek North and
Central.  Yes, we are full, but we are still taking in emergencies, and
that would have qualified.
 
Sounds fishy to me (and I don't mean fishy from Alicia, more from PetCo).
