Have just arrived home from th inaugural meeting of the Strathalbyn Ferret
Club. Took 11 of my little and not so little darlings.

All was going fine, Gino was running around the hall trying to drag every of
fert that he could catch around with him. He was running true to form. Mr
Squiggle was being his normal smoochy crowd pleaser self. Wherever I take
him people always want to pinch him from me. Sukie was just checking out
everybodies cup to see what they were having. Minx - well she decided that
she had to store food for the long cold winter ahead. Instead of pinching
just one piece of pizza, she had to drag the whole plateful from one end of
the table to the other (before I stopped her) everybody else were laughing
so hard that they didn't even try to stop her.

Minx is only 5 months old, has won one doubles race for me and got into all
sorts of trouble but trying to snatch a family size pizza was just hilarious,
and she didn't hit anything else on the table, it was one of those
oldfashioned 12 seater tables so it was no mean feat. I'm sitting here with
a grin over of my face just remembering it. Am supposed to be winding down
so I can go to sleep when I finally get to bed. Something tells me I'll
wake up with a grin on my face.

Health and happiness to everyone and their ferts
Sandy
