Well, I'm happy to hear Vinnie is ok (he sounds more like a cat with nine
lives) (-:
 
As disgusted as you must be with the dog that hurt him (I can understand),
the dog is no more responsible for what he did to Vinnie than a ferret
is for injuring a mouse.  They are doing what comes instinctively.  As
pet owners we have to do our best to protect our pets from potential
predators as well as protect our pet's potential victims from them.
 
So glad to hear that Vinnie will be recovery!
