 Hello,

I keep meaning to write this in, but keep forgetting. Am not sure if Linda
might have mentioned it.

In reference to making Chicken Gravy, there is a MUCH easier alternative
than getting a meat grinder and struggling through it. The Butcher!! We
have a butcher that grinds the entire chicken up for us. We buy the
chicken from him, obviously. Only costs us $3.30, and none of the mess!
It's usually pretty well ground up, also, I have no problems then tossing
it into a food processor.

It just seems so much easier. 8)

Julie
