First off if there is anything in the apt. that smells or seems to be
damaged make sure the landlord comes in and writes that down.  I moved
into an apt. that had previously had a cat that peed on the carpet.  The
smell was awful after I cleaned the carpets.  I called the landlord right
away.  I don't think they wrote it down on their "official papers."
They tried to charge me to reseal the floors, but I got out of it when
reminding them about my contacting them.  For a cleaner try using
Nature's Miracle or I think as it is now called Petastic.  It's an
enzyme solution and I think it works great, smels good to.  Good Luck.
