Dr. Wiess and Ferret Video Productions would like to extend an apology to
those of you who ordered his new veterinary surgical videotape or CD.  They
have been produced and are ready, and hopefully will be sent to you and
your veterinarians very shortly.  A small delay took place due to a cover
printing error.  They were reprinted and shipped to the U.S., but now they
are stuck in Customs.  The company responsible for mailing them is working
on getting them released and as soon as they arrive, they'll be immediately
shipped to you.  Feel free to pass this on to those you know who ordered
the video.  Again, sincere (and frustrated!) apologies from Dr. Weiss.
