I just found a piece of chewed plastic in where our ferrets were
playing. It looks like it may have come from an electric cord. It's a
black chewed tube about an quarter of an inch long. I've searched and
searched for where it could have come from but I can not find anything.
There are wires in the area they were playing but all look okay.

The fact that I found this obviously chewed piece of plastic where the
fuzzies were playing makes me worry about blockages, if any part of it
was swallowed.

We've already given them some ferret lax and I'll give them some more
in the morning.

Can anyone give me a list of early signs to watch for?

Thank you

Mike
