Since the birthing area is a remodeled chicken barn, I'm wondering what
the cooling/heating/ventilation system is like.  It must be rather
expensive, but do you have additional fans or space heaters going to
reduce hot and cold spots?  And is there a separate ventilation system
to exchange the air regularly?
 
I'm also wondering how many staff you employ, since you are a mom and
also have another full time job.
