Hi friends-
I don't know if you heard the news, but my buddy Kouri - the famous ferret
who started the Kouri 's fan club to help other ferrets and has helped
teach both ferrets and folks about the great work of the SOS ( Save Our
Shelters) and urged folks to fight ADV - well my friend Kouri is in a bit
of a pickle.
 
You see Kouri was not feeling so hot and the docs did a test lo and behold
Kouri - all the on the west US coast has ADV!  No you say!  Me too!  It's
bad enough losing our shining star White Russian and now to get this news
about dear Kouri-- hey Kouri boy you keep playing those drums ya hear?
Don't you through in the sweatshirt just yet!
 
SO , now I have been talking and talking to the folks here at the shelter
and they is going to raise money to fight ADV again this year at
Ferretstock III by holding another dessert auction to benefit ADV
research.  Dr George has agreed to be the auctioneer cuz Dr Karen will be
on the west coast -(poor timing Dr Karen)!
 
Shelter Dad will make his carrot cake  and much requested chocolate cake
too and it will be among the wonderful treats at the auction!
 
What I am asking you is - please join us and bid on dessets at
Ferretstock III ( I will gladly accept tastes of your goodies) or submit
a donation to ADV to Ferret Wise Shelter ADV fund drive- ( all funds are
forwarded to U of GA ADV study) or send along a tasty morsel either baked
or bought - for the folks here to sell at the auction on Sept 7th.
 
Any way you can help-- will help ferrets like Kouri to fight this disease
and get better.
 
Three ways to choose from so which one is for you?  I sure hope you can
help me- help My friends like Kouri and Hershey.  They did not ask for
this illness but want to make sure the rest of us kids don't get icky
feelin' days too!
 
It just is not fair for a ferret to feel so bad!  Sure glad now we been
getting our ADV tests!
 
Mom says- you don't know if your ferrets have ADV unless you have tested-
she is pretty smart huh?
 
Help me help the ADV kids!
