animal cruelty case in CT update

An update was posted in yesterday's paper about the animal cruelty case
in CT. The woman that was originally accused was in the hospital so she
depended on her boyfriend to care for her animals. I do wonder how long
she was in the hospital though to have her apartment get that bad or if
it was like that before she went into the hospital.
