Dear Kim-

Haven't figured out where my funeral will be held, yet. Sorry. Being
dead, I am finding it difficult to make plans. I am sorry I freaked out
your ferrets. But after a while, Raw vs Kibble just has this effect on
me. It's happened before. Don't take it personally.

And you silly Mr. Ed, I didn't miss fifteen times. I was just working
on the action of my pistol, it was sticking and needed some ferretone.

There are ads here in Playa Del Carmen (a resort city in eastern
Mexico) for a missing ferret, Koko. I feel very badly about this. It
gets to a baking ninety plus degrees most days here. It hasn't rained.
There are many loose cats (street cats, good hunters) and dogs. Ferrets
are very rare here, and so are the people who could recognize one for
what it is. They are sold in one store in Cancun for &180 US apiece.
Koko will have to be an extremely lucky ferret to survive this.

Hmmm. Mexican Mariachi funeral with the horn players in the big velvet
hats? The tight pants and jackets with all of the shiny embroidery?
