Ha! Had to respond.

I've told the ferret organization that I'm involved with that I will happily
take an ill or older ferret when I can. They need homes too, and if I can
provide one, and free up a space for another ferret, I will gladly do it.

In fact, I was condidering calling them because my SO has to go back to the
Twin Cities for a week....I think I could talk him into bringing a fert
back :)

BUT, I have had an offer from a pain specialist in Cleaveland to help me
with the chronic pain part of my chronic illness---provided I can be out
there for month or so. So, I'll have to wait on a new fuzzy. My SO said
he'd feed the kids and let them out to play in the room. If I really had to
I think I could talk my aunt (who works with the specialist, she's an Ear
Nose and Throat specialist) into letting me bring them, but seeing that they
don't get along, it would be expensive and not a happy plane ride!

I'm not sure yet exactly when I'll be going, but I'm gonna miss my fuzzies
(aunt has no pets, no time, travels a lot). If anyone is out in the
Lakewood area of Ohio, I may need a fuzzy fix!
