Although she appears to be deaf, Angel has an uncanny ability to know
when I get home or get out of bed in the morning. Is it possible she
feels vibrations from me walking on the floor? Or maybe she just notices
that the other ferrets are up and about and decides to join them.
 
She does not have a blaze and her face is not completely white. However,
compared to the rest of her body, her face is whiter than the rest of
her. So perhaps there is some sort of genetic predisposition here, even
though, as other FMLers have noted, it's not 100 percent indicative of
deafness.
