I send deep sympathiy on your recent tragedies-- especially the loss of
Snowball.  I urge everyone who suddenly loses a ferret -- especially a
youngster to have a necropsy done.  This usually tells us what the cause
was-- and in the end may help us to understand why-- and also lets us know
what to look for in the future with our ferret "kids".
 
I truly hope you will keep those special memories close.  He is dancing
with many of ours at rainbow bridge!
