This last month has been very hard for me.  Much of the joy went out of my
life on April 2nd, with the death of Buddy, the last ferret member of the
Sunshine Gang.  She fought long and hard.  Should I ever have to face a
disease like cancer or even chronic illness, I hope I can find her courage.
 
Sandee, could you check to see if she made it over there okay and if she
found the other members of the Sunshine Gang, Pippy, AD, and Xan?  Please
don't let them pick on her, for she was a most gentle ferret and really not
much of a fighter.  Is the gang hanging out with their cousins, Cylo and
Draco?  They never got to meet here, but I hope they've met there.  Maybe
Frodo and Amanda are hanging out with them, too?
 
Buddy loves Ferretone, cherry-flavored Kaopectate, and snuggling in her
bed.  Can she get Kaopectate there?  Tell her I miss her so much, but I
hope she's feeling better.  Tell them all I miss them with all my heart.
Life is just not the same without them.
