In the recipe for IBD food, I need a clarification about pumpkin.  Is it
1/4 of a can or 1/4 of a measuring cup?  Also pumpkin pie filling with
all the sugar and spices is not the same as plain canned pumpkin FOR pie,
which is what I would presume she meant.
 
I have an old boy that could benefit from the mixture.  I don't want to
overdose on the sugar.
