Hi again!

Just spoke to my Vet bosses at work today..and asked them why a ferret would
wipe their butts after a trip to the potty.. As I wrote before i thought it
might be due to their anal glands...but i was in error..that is what is
removed when they are descented..unlike dogs and cats who remain intact
until the need to remove them.

I was told it could be due to a rash..if it is hot weather..or that some
litter has stuck to their fur..or even if their stool are a little loose..
and they want to stay clean..but i had a thought about the rash thing..maybe
its that they could be allergic to the litter being used..and if there is a
slight rash..maybe that could cause it.

Mine has never done that..or even the ones I owned earlier...hhmm maybe they
need to make a real small roll of toilet paper for them,..LOL...;]
