CLEAR DRYER HOSE:
I just got some clear dryer hose from Nemco, Inc. out of MI.  Since
there are not distributers in my area, they shipped it to me directly.
I got 50 feet of it with a 4" diameter (actually, I asked for two 25 foot
pieces, but they sent me one 50 foot piece).  It was pretty expensive $25.
But its worth it!  The kids absolutely love it, and they are a blast to
watch!  I won't let them use it unsupervised though because sometimes all
4 of my kids go in there and pile up, and I'm afraid someone is going to
suffocate.
 
They are so funny though... they chase each other through it, sometimes
they run forwards, sometimes one is going forwards and the other backwards.
My two females can turn around in it, but my two males can't.  Then,
when some of them are in the tube and some are out, the outside ferrets
can see the ones inside and they pounce on the tube.  Its so hillarious!
Its funny to see their little tails wagging 100 miles a minute too :@)
 
BAILEY SPRAYING:
On another note, my youngest male ferret, Bailey who is deaf, and I
honestly believe he has a mental problem of some sort as well...
 
Anyways, he's not descented, and he has this annoying habit of spraying
whenever a person comes over and he doesn't recognize their scent.  My
boyfriend and I live together, and he is fine around us.  But anyone else,
he smells their shoes or anything on them and PUFF!  Its annoying!  He
doesn't act scared or anything.  Other than that, he only sprays if he's
really scared or really hurt.  But then every once in a while he will
just spray for no apparent reason... Who knows.  He is fixed and all -
though sometimes I wonder if they did a complete job... he's soo
rambunctions and gets a bit too rough with the others sometimes...
